We ship to all 50 states in the United States. Please refer to our chart below for more information on international shipping.
- When will my order arrive?
Please take into account the processing time of 5-8 days since all press-on nails are handmade. In some cases, your order will be shipped out in 1-2 days if we have them pre-made and in stock. Shipping time may vary depending on your location. Domestic US shipping will take approximately 4-7 days through USPS Ground Advantage. International shipping will take approximately 2-3 weeks through USPS.
- Can I track my order?
Yes! All orders are sent through USPS with a tracking number provided through email.
- How much does shipping cost?
Shipping will vary based on your location and the weight of your package.
Domestic: Free shipping is available for orders of 3 sets or more with the code: MATCHIS or any order $84+
International: Free shipping available on orders $100+ USD. Please refer to our chart below for more information

Damages/Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us within two days of confirmed delivery, if it is after we cannot provide any replacement or refund.
Returns & Exchanges
- Can I return/exchange sizes or designs?
Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges. Please make sure to correctly measure your nails and select the right size before purchasing.
- Package Tracking Issue
We are not responsible for packages once they've been shipped out. We will try our best to help track your package with the given tracking number, but please direct shipping/delivery issues to USPS. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at MatchisNails@gmail.com
